This website is hosted externally. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host(s). This may primarily involve IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.
External hosting takes place for the purpose of fulfilling our contracts with potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where consent has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Recipients of personal data
In the course of our business activities we work with various external parties. This sometimes also requires the transfer of personal data to these external parties. We only pass on personal data to external parties where this is necessary for the performance of a contract, where we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. passing data to tax authorities), where we have a legitimate interest in the transfer pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or where another legal basis permits the transfer. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. Our website contains a link to a profile on the social network LinkedIn. The provider is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. The embedded LinkedIn element is exclusively a link. No personal data is transmitted to LinkedIn when our website is accessed. Only when you click the link are you forwarded to the LinkedIn website. In doing so, LinkedIn may in particular record your IP address and further technical information and, where applicable, assign it to your user account if you are logged in there. The use of the link is based on our legitimate interest in a contemporary company presence and the provision of additional contact options pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
